SHINE PERFECTION LLC is specialized in recurring residential cleaning. I offer my clients a full spectrum of cleaning services. My service plans cover every cleaning need a customer may have ranging from regular cleaning services to additional deep cleaning options. You can order weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly . If you need a standard recurring cleaning, you can choose a service from our SERVICE PLAN “SHINE”. If you require more detailed cleaning, you can choose a service from our ADDITIONAL SERVICES plan “SHINE PRO”. For customers who would like to combine two service plans in one day, you may choose that option when you order a cleaning service from a service plan “SHINE”.
Please keep in mind, our prices are based on service plans and the square footage of your home. The hours of work you see in your appointment confirmation and your appointment reminder emails are for informative purposes only and reflect, approximately, how long it may take to clean your home.
Regular service package includes: vacuuming of carpets and rugs; dusting and polishing of furniture and decorations; cleaning of bare floors, walls, kitchen appliances, bathtub and/or shower, toilets, sinks, light fixtures and water fixtures; and removal of trash from interior trash containers to outdoor dumpster or other disposal container located on client’s premises, as well as general tidying and organization. Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday/Sunday. You can text/email me after business hours as well.
Yes I do. I will provide you with a complete set of cleaning tools and equipment to clean your home. But I am very willing to use your chosen products, if you have your personal favorites. However, please be aware that those products may not work as efficiently as those I normally work with.
I do my best to keep my clients happy, but I DO NOT provide the following cleaning tasks:
— exterior windows, carpet cleaning, animal waste removal, mold removal, industrial cleaning, lifting of heavy items, surfaces above arms’ reach. Also , please keep in mind, if you are not at home during your cleaning appointment, I am not accepting any packages, or do anything else outside of my responsibilities.
As a solo cleaner, to provide the best experience for my clients, I work on cleaning areas up to 2000 Sq.F...
For general cleaning of 3b/2ba home (up to 2000 sq.f. ) it takes approximately 4 hours of work. Please note, the cleaning time depends on different factors and will be individual for each client.
Pets are a part of the family. During the service, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you keep your pet(s) somewhere they will be comfortable. Not all pets like the sounds of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let me know how you’d like to handle your pet ahead of time in order to keep them safe and happy and to ensure that you are worry free, as well.
Please keep in mind that payment is due IN FULL AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. Payment methods are by CASH or by CHECK . They can be left on the kitchen counter. Please make checks payable to: Shine Perfection LLC for cleaning services .
After your payment is received, a full itemized invoice and receipt for your records will be emailed to you.
Please make sure that everyone in your household is aware of our upcoming cleaning. If you have people with special needs living with you, please let me know what I need to do in order to best accommodate him or her. Please, put away your valuables, cash, antique items, and anything that is important for you. It’s a good start for a cleaning session and would give both of us a peace of mind. Also, please make sure you inform me about the items in your house that are broken or shouldn’t be cleaned. Lastly, please prepare in advance the supplies you would like to be changed or refill such as hand soap, kitchen/bathroom towels, toilet paper, paper towels, bed linens, napkins, garbage bags etc.
Not at all! In fact, many clients prefer for me to come when they are out. On the other hand, I work as quietly as possible when you work from home and try to accommodate your needs. So it’s totally up to you how you want to handle your cleaning appointment.
Absolutely! You will be notified and informed on each step of your service by email or text messages.
Cancellations NEED TO BE GIVEN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SERVICE. If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours or less notice, a $40.00 shall be incurred. If you have an emergency, please contact me and I will accommodate you.
